Rescheduling and cancellation
You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session using the link in your confirmation email — one reschedule is included. Cancellations more than 24 hours ahead are refunded in full. After a reschedule, or for cancellations inside 24 hours, the fee is retained. All fees are quoted exclusive of VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.
